(ADPL) was originally incorporated as a private limited company in the name of M/s. Niharika Textile and Chemicals Limited, on May 15, 1990. The Aarey Group belonging to the Ghatalia family took over the company and converted it into a public limited on March 18, 1993. The company was been promoted by Mr. Rajesh P. Ghatalia & Mr. Atul P. Ghatalia having more than 15 years of experience in trading and manufacturing of industrial chemicals, thinners, pharmaceuticals and solvents. Currently the company is managed by Mr. Mihir R. Ghatalia as Mr. Rajesh P. Ghatalia had been retired from his position as Chairman & Managing Director w.e.f 23.12.2009 Our main object of the company was to set up manufacturing facilities for Bulk Drugs. Company has undertaken a project to manufacture Metronidazole (MTZ) and Metronidazole Benzoate (MBO) at its works situated at M.I.D.C Tarapur, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra.
